At Vanilla Cupcake we feel confident you will be delighted with your purchase.  If however you are not totally satisfied please contact us within 2 days and you may return it to us within 7 days for an exchange or store credit.

Returned items must be in brand new unused condition and in original wrapping along with a copy of the original receipt.  Please email info@vanillacupcake.co.nz  to arrange.

Please note return delivery is at the cost of the sender.

Faulty Goods

At Vanilla Cupcake we carefully check over the quality of our products prior to dispatch.  In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, please contact us within 2 days at info@vanillacupcake.co.nz .

Once the item has been received by Vanilla Cupcake and a fault is detected, we will refund the cost of the return postage and either; a replacement will be sent, store credit issued or full refund offered.
